PayKato for agencies & consultants

Bill multiple international clients on retainer or milestone schedules. Track who paid, who's overdue, and what's been settled — in one dashboard.

Workflows we support

Monthly retainers for ongoing clients. Milestone billing for project work. Deposit + balance invoicing for new engagements. Reusable payment links for productised services.

  • Automatic reminders before due date
  • Track partial payments and overdue balances
  • Export records for tax and audit
  • Per-client view of paid, unpaid, and settled amounts

Built for small teams

Most agencies don't have a finance department — they have a founder or operations lead doing invoicing between client calls. PayKato is designed to make that work fast: create an invoice, send it, get a clean settlement record back.

Frequently asked

Can I invite teammates?
Multi-user access is rolled out during the Nigeria pilot. For now, agency owners can manage invoicing from a single account; team access is enabled on request.
Do you support recurring billing for retainers?
Recurring billing is rolled out by request during the pilot. Most agencies use renewable invoices or reusable payment links per retainer cycle.
How much does PayKato cost?
PayKato's platform fee starts from 1.5% per successful transaction, with no monthly or setup fees. Processor, FX, payout, bank, and country-specific fees may apply on top, charged by the relevant partner. See the Pricing page for a sample breakdown.
Which processors and banks does PayKato use?
PayKato is built to integrate with licensed payment processors and banking partners. Specific processors and availability are confirmed during merchant onboarding based on country, merchant category, and partner approval.
