You may not
- Use the Service for illegal activity or to facilitate it.
- Process payments for businesses listed in Prohibited Businesses.
- Misrepresent yourself, your business, the goods or services you sell, your URL, or your country of operation.
- Process transactions you know or should know are fraudulent, unauthorised, or for which the cardholder did not receive the goods or services.
- Engage in card testing, bust-out fraud, transaction laundering, or processing on behalf of an undisclosed third party.
- Circumvent risk controls, KYC requirements, transaction limits, or country restrictions.
- Scrape, reverse engineer, attack, or overload the Service or our partners' systems.
- Send malware, spam, phishing, or content that infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights.
- Use the Service in a way that violates the rules of card networks, banks, or other partners.
Enforcement
Suspected violations may result in transaction holds, payout delays, account suspension or termination, reporting to law enforcement, networks, regulators, or partners, and recovery of related losses and fees.
