PayKato is currently in a controlled Nigeria pilot. The pilot is a private beta with a limited number of approved merchants. Features, partners, fees, supported countries, and availability may change during the pilot without prior notice.
Participation is by application only. PayKato may approve, decline, pause, or limit any merchant at its sole discretion based on KYC/KYB review, business category, partner approval, and pilot capacity. Approval for the pilot does not guarantee continued access after the pilot ends.
Pilot services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. PayKato does not guarantee uptime, settlement timing, processor availability, or feature completeness during the pilot. Scheduled and unscheduled downtime should be expected.
PayKato platform fees during the pilot are described on the Pricing page. Processor fees, FX, payout fees, and partner fees are set by the relevant licensed partner and may change. PayKato may waive, discount, or modify fees for pilot merchants on a case-by-case basis.
PayKato integrates with licensed payment processors and banking partners through published APIs and commercial contracts where available. Unless we explicitly state otherwise on a specific page, PayKato is not an official partner, reseller, agent, or affiliate of any processor named on this site. Card acquiring, FX, settlement, and payouts are performed by the relevant licensed partner under their own licences and terms.
PayKato is not a bank and does not hold customer funds. All customer funds, settlement, FX, and payouts are handled by the relevant licensed payment or banking partner. Settlement timing depends on the partner, payment method, currency, and any compliance reviews.
PayKato may suspend, restrict, or terminate any pilot account at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to suspected fraud, chargeback risk, AML/KYC concerns, prohibited business activity, partner request, or end of the pilot phase.
Pilot merchants may be asked for feedback, interviews, or product usage information. Any feedback you provide may be used by PayKato to improve the product without compensation or attribution.
Pilot merchants and their customers can raise a complaint by emailing complaints@paykato.com or by using the contact form. Each complaint is logged with a reference ID and acknowledged within two business days.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PayKato and Omega Allied Services LTD are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the pilot, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost profits, settlement delays, or partner outages. The Terms of Service and Merchant Agreement liability provisions otherwise apply.
PayKato may update these Pilot Program Terms at any time during the pilot. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
