2. If unresolved after our first reply, reply to the same thread requesting escalation to a senior reviewer.
3. If still unresolved, request escalation to the Compliance team at Omega Allied Services LTD for a final internal review (target: 15 business days).
4. If the matter relates to a payment processor or banking partner, you may also raise it directly with that partner under their published complaints process, or with your local financial-services regulator.
